Refunds. Unused runs are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Reply to your receipt email and say so. No form, no reason required.
Delete your account. Email from the address you sign in with and ask. Your run ledger, Journal, and team profiles go with it.
Before you write about a board
- Driftless reads Jira Cloud and Rally boards only.
- If the panel says it couldn't read the board, use Copy board diagnostics in the panel and paste it into your message.
- A run that fails is not charged, so you lose nothing by trying again.
